Funded by the German Development Bank, a newly-graveled road was inaugurated in the Dasht-i-Archi district of northern Kunduz province.

The project cost more than USD 40,000 and took six months to complete.

The road is 7km long and 6km wide and links Mirza Khan Village to the district center, said the town’s administrative head Sheikh Sadruddin.
